30 Days Return

This means that within 30 days of receiving your order, you can request a return and refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns of discounted promotional items


To start a return, you need to contact us at Explain the reason for the return and provide the order number and pictures of the items. We will reply to you within 3 working days. After we approve your return request, you will need to send the item to the following address: 12318 6th Ave, College Point, Queens NY 11356, United States and you will need to pay the return shipping cost yourself. We will not accept such returns if the item was sent without our consent or if cash on delivery was selected.


Please keep tracking info of your returned package. We will process the return within 1 week of receiving the package and will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.


Please note that we do not accept exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and the order number so that we can assess the problem and correct it. For defective/damaged or incorrect items, you may return the item free of charge and receive the amount you paid for this order for the item and shipping charges.
